Returns & Exchanges

At Karuta Sportswear, we stand by the performance and quality of our gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; gear must be unworn and in its original condition to qualify.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
